Terms and Conditions for RPX Coaching
1. Introduction
Welcome to RPX Coaching! By signing up for any of our coaching plans, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and RPX Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
2. Coaching Services​
RPX Coaching offers ongoing fitness coaching, lifestyle advice, and general nutrition recommendations delivered via the EverFit training app. Future services may include personalised nutrition coaching and stand-alone digital programmes.
3. Training App (EverFit)​

Our coaching services are delivered through the EverFit app. By using EverFit, you agree to EverFit’s terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for app-related performance issues.

Access to training plans will be provided via the app, and it is your responsibility to ensure your device is compatible with the platform.

RPX Coaching assumes no responsibility for technical issues related to EverFit but will assist in resolving issues where possible.
4. Payment Terms​

Recurring Payments: All coaching plans are billed weekly via credit card or PayPal. By signing up, you authorise us to automatically debit your account.

Initial Commitment: You commit to a minimum of four weeks before cancellation is permitted. If cancelled within the initial period, payments will continue until the four-week commitment is fulfilled.

Cancellation: You may cancel with 7 days' notice after the first four weeks. Cancellations must be made through official communication channels.

Pausing Your Plan: You can pause your plan for up to four weeks by providing at least 7 days' notice.

No Refunds: Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a refund or remedy if the service fails to meet consumer guarantees under ACL.

5. Future Stand-Alone Training Plans

RPX Coaching will offer stand-alone training programmes via the EverFit app. These programmes will require a one-time payment and will be delivered digitally.

Access to the stand-alone plans will be time-limited as specified at the time of purchase.

6. General Nutrition Advice

General nutrition advice provided through guides, blogs, or social media is for informational purposes only and does not substitute professional consultation. Personalised nutrition services will be offered in the future.

If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, consult with a healthcare professional before applying any nutrition advice.

7. Lifestyle Recommendations

Lifestyle advice on sleep, hydration, and stress management is general in nature and not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

We recommend seeking professional advice for specific health concerns. RPX Coaching will not be held liable for any adverse outcomes from applying general lifestyle advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

RPX Coaching disclaims all warranties regarding the fitness and nutrition advice provided. Participation in our coaching plans is at your own risk.

We are not liable for injuries, personal loss, or failure to achieve desired results except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Clients assume full responsibility for their health and participation in our programmes.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any of our coaching plans if these Terms are violated. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Australian law. Class action waivers apply, and all claims must be filed within one year of arising.
